Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken filet (boneless) 5-6
  2. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Pepper 1 teaspoon
  4. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Onion powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Oil 2 tablespoon
  9. Shredded cabage 1/2 cup
  10. Shredded carrot 1/4 cup
  11. Chopped garlic 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Make slits in your chicken filets.
  2. In a bowl all powdered masala.
  3. Add in oil Ana make a running consistency paste.
  4. Brush out the marination paste on chicken filet. On both sides.
  5. Now heat oil in a sauce pan and saute garlic until golden brown and then toss your veggies in it.
  6. Add salt and pepper and wait until haof cooked as you need crunchy taste.
  7. Now remove in your serving dish.
  8. In the same pan shallow fry your chicken filets until cooked.
  9. Now add chicken filet on your salad and serve.
