Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmati rice(soaked 10 min.)1 cup
  2. Green cardamom 2
  3. Cinnamon stick 2 inch
  4. Cloves 4
  5. Sugar 1 cup
  6. Orange food colour
  7. Tuti fruity 2 tablespoon
  8. Roasted Cashew 1/4 cup
  9. Roasted Almond 1/4 cup
  10. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  11. Mava 1/2 cup
  12. Cardamon powder 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker add soaked rice
  2. Add cardamom
  3. Add cinnamon
  4. Add cloves
  5. Add food color
  6. Add 1 cup water
  7. Add kesar
  8. Mix well
  9. Close lid
  10. And let it 1 whistle
  11. In a pan add ghee
  12. Add sugar
  13. Add 1 cup water
  14. Mix and let it boil
  15. Now add mava(khoya)
  16. Now mix boiled rice
  17. Add roasted Almond
  18. Add roasted keshew
  19. Cover it and cook for 10 min.on slow flame
  20. Now serve and garnish with tutifruity
