A savoury flatbread made with coconut and flour, this is eaten mostly at breakfast and sometimes at tea time
In a bowl mix together the coconut, green chilli, onion, salt and curry leaves. Squeeze out the excess water.
Add all the flour in together. Knead adding more water as required into a stiff dough. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Grease your hands and then pinch out a piece of the dough. Flatten and roll into a thin roti on a floured surface.
Roast the roti on medium flame until brown on either sides. Eat with whatever you'd like
