Its a healthy tea time cake yummy pluffy and eggless also use it as birthday cakes kids parties.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour/maida -2cups
  2. Baking powder - 1teaspoon
  3. Baking soda -1teaspoon
  4. Vanilla essence-3-4 drops
  5. Condensed milk - 1/2 tin
  6. Amul butter - 250 grams
  7. Icing sugar - 1/2 cup
  8. Cashew nuts -1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in bowl; mix well. Add candied cashew nuts.
  3. Beat butter in another bowl until creamy. Add sugar; continue beating until mixture is looking well.add vanilla essence and fold it gently.
  4. Pour it in to a prepared pan and bake it 180 degree centigrade for 35-40 minutes
  5. Cool it completely then remove from pan.
