Perfect tea time snack.
Washed and peel potatoes, cut medium thin slices
Add them to water and set aside
Take a bowl ,add singhara flour, chilli ginger paste cumin seeds and rock salt
Add enough water and make a medium thik batter
Heat oil in a kadhai
Dip each slice in the batter and drop hot oil
Keep starring and fry until golden and crispy
Drain them to kitchen tissue.
For chutney.....
Add all ingredients into the mixer jar
Now grind it , falahari chutney is ready
Serve singhara potato pakoda tea time with chutney
