Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated paneer - 250 gms
  2. Grated boiled potatoes - 1
  3. Bread - 2 slices
  4. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  5. Poha - 2 tbsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - for frying
  8. For stuffing
  9. Mozeralla cheese grated - 2 tbsp
  10. Finely chopped onion - 1
  11. Finely chopped green chilly - 2
  12. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  13. Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Dip the bread in a water and squeeze it.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix together cottage cheese / paneer,grated boiled potatoes,bread,corn flour and salt
  3. In another bowl mix together grated mozeralla cheese,onion,green chilly,ginger and coriander leaves
  4. Now stuffing is ready.
  5. Divide the cottage cheese / paneer dough into eight equal parts
  6. Stuff the filling in the dough and roll into balls.
  7. Take a bowl add all purpose flour / maida and half cup of water and mix well
  8. Dip the ball into it.
  9. Take flattened rice / poha on a plate .
  10. Coat the paneer ball with flattened rice /poha.
  11. Deep fry in hot oil until golden in color.
  12. Flipping once in between.
  13. Always cook in medium flame.
  14. Drain in paper napkin.
  15. Serve hot with tea.
