Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken leg pieces - 5
  2. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  5. Roasted besan - 2 tbsp
  6. Finely chopped green chily - 2
  7. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  8. Hung curd - 2 tbsp
  9. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  10. Corn flour - 1 tsp
  11. Corn flax - 1/2 bowl
  12. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash and marinate chicken leg pieces with ginger garlic paste, hung curd,red chilly powder,corn flour,roasted besan,lemon juice,salt and finely chopped green chilly.
  2. Keep in the freezer for 3 - 4 hours.
  3. Coat the leg pieces with corn flax
  4. Heat oil in a pan
  5. Deep fry the leg pieces until golden in colors.
  6. Always cook in medium flame.
  7. Drain extra oil
  8. Serve hot.
