Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated Lauki(Bottle gourd)-1.5 cup
  2. Chopped onion -1 medium
  3. Ginger-garlic paste -1.5 tbs
  4. Tomato puree -2 medium
  5. Beaten yogurt -2-3 tbs
  6. Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder -1 tsp
  8. Garam Masala -1/2 tsp
  9. Kitchen king masala -1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Chilli flakes -1 tsp
  12. Chaat masala -1 tsp
  13. Kashmiri red chilli powder -1 tsp
  14. Besan - 1/2 cup
  15. Chopped green chilli - 1-2
  16. Fenugreek leaves -1 tbs
  17. Crushed Whole spices (1 black and green Cardamom, Cumin-1/2 tsp)

Instructions

  1. First of all take a mixing bowl and add grated lauki, besan, chaat masala,some salt, Chilli flakes and mix properly without water...Then fry the dumplings of this mixture into hot oil on low-medium flame...take out dumplings and keep a side...
  2. Now take a kadhai and add 1/4 cup of oil and add Crushed Whole spices, Garam Masala, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste & green chillies....saute for 3-4 minutes on low medium-low flame.......
  3. Now add all spices and add few drops of water and stir on Medium flame for 2 minutes...
  4. Now add tomato puree and then yogurt... stir continue on Medium-high flame for 3-4 minutes......
  5. Now add some water (according to your consistency) and simmer for 4-5 minutes....... Now add lauki dumplings and add Fenugreek leaves.... simmer for 2 minutes on low flame......
  6. garnish with chopped Coriander leaves..... Serve with chapaati
