Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled Garbanzo 1 cup
  2. Olive oil /any cooking oil 2 tsp
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp Roasted
  4. Sesame seeds (white) 1 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black Pepper to taste
  7. Onion finely chopped
  8. Tomato diced & chopped
  9. Bell pepper finely chopped
  10. Green chillies 1-2
  11. Chaat masala to taste
  12. Lime juice 1 tsp or to taste
  13. Cilantro/green coriander leaves chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok add oil and add mustard seeds, let it crackle, add boiled garbanzo. Saute and add vegetables. Saute for a minute (I like it crunchy so I saute for only 1 minute only but you can cook for 2-3 minutes if u like it soft).
  2. Then turn off the heat. Add roasted sesame. Season the mix properly. Before serving add the lime juice & garnish with cilantro.
