Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grms Prawns ( deveined and soaked in cold water)
  2. garlic 2 pods crushed
  3. Butter 1 tsp
  4. Spring onions1/4 cup( white for sauteing and gree for garish)
  5. FOR THE MARINATE
  6. Honey 1 tbsp
  7. Chillie flakes 1 tsp
  8. Tomato Sauce 2tbsp
  9. Cornflour 1 tsp
  10. Water 4 tbs
  11. Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  12. Giner 1 tsp chopped

Instructions

  1. Take a pan add butter add garlic and saute the prawns till they curl
  2. Keep aside
  3. Take honey ginger chillie flakes ans sauce and mix well
  4. Add corn flour and water.keep aside
  5. Take the same pan in which the prawns were sauteed. Add butter and the garlic and spring onion whites
  6. Once the onion turn transparent add the prawns and the sauce
  7. Do not use a spatula to mix.just move the pan
  8. Cook just for a min or 2 or till the sauce thickens
  9. Garnish with spring onion greens
  10. Note do not add salt.
