A brownie is a square baked dessert. It is a cross between a cake and a soft cookie in texture and comes in a variety of forms. This is an innovative healthy brownie with the good news of honey, Oats and kidney beans. Kidney beans are mainly composed of carbs and fiber, but are also a good source of protein

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 1/2 cups rajma beans ( after cooking till soft and draining)
  2. 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  3. 1/2 cup quick oats
  4. 1/4 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 cup Honey
  6. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  7. 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  8. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/2 cup to 2/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except chips in a good food processor, and blend until completely smooth. Really blend well.
  2. Stir in the chips, then pour into a greased 8×8 pan.
  3. Bake the rajma brownies 15-18 minutes, then let cool completely before serving
  4. This is a completely healthy gluten free recipe.
