Potato wedges are all time favourite party starter.but these are much quicker,tastier and healthier since these are oven baked

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Potatoes -4 medium sized
  2. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  3. Garlic- 5 pods
  4. Red chilli ( degi mirch) -1/2 teaspoon
  5. Origano- 1 teaspoon
  6. Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges
  2. Boil water in a pan,switch off flame,add salt and add potatoes in it
  3. Let them stand for ten minutes then pet dry with kitchen towel
  4. Place salt ,chilli , chopped garlic ,oregano, chaat masala in a ziplock bag or in a mixing bowl
  5. Add potatoes and shake
  6. Now add olive oil and shake again until potatoes are coated
  7. Preheat oven at 250° and place wedges on a lined baking tray
  8. Bake them on 250° for 15 minutes and flip the wedges and bake again for 15 minutes
  9. Wedges are ready
