Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Suji 1cup
  2. Curd 2tbsp
  3. All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  4. Gram flour 1tbsp
  5. Onion 2 chopped
  6. coriander leaves chopped
  7. Green chilli 2
  8. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. oil as required

Instructions

  1. Prepare cheela like batter by mixing suji, all purpose flour, gram flour along with yogurt.
  2. Add red chilli powder, salt, green chillies chopped.
  3. Add water if required to make batter.
  4. In a fry pan or tawa heat little oil.prepare cheela by putting a tbsp of batter over frypan or tawa.
  5. Add chopped onions and coriander leaves over the cheela.
  6. Cook on both sides till it gets cooked properly.
  7. Enjoy with sause /chutney
