ABOUT Chicken Toastizza RECIPE

Once I decided to go to CCD to buy something to eat.There were so many items like sandwiches, toasts, pizzas, cakes kept in the showcase of the store,among all I liked chicken toastizza.It was very yumy and tasty.Though I do not know the exact recipe of that item,but  after eating the food, I guessed how it was made.It is nothing but a pizza flavoured crispy chicken toast.So here I am presenting my guessing recipe:relaxed::relaxed:of Chicken Toastizza.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread Loaf-1(cut halved lengthwise,after that cut each half portion into two pieces) 
  2. Chicken Keema/Minced Chicken-2 cups
  3. Onion-1(chopped)
  4. Capsicum-1(chopped)
  5. Tomato-1(chopped)
  6. Oil-1tablespoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black pepper-1/2teaspoon
  9. Oregano-1teaspoon+1/2 teaspoon
  10. Tomato Sauce as required
  11. Red Chili Flakes according to taste
  12. Cheese slices-4
  13. Mayonnaise-4tablespoons
  14. Butter-2teasopons
  15. Garlic-4(minced)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onion,fry until light brown.
  2. Add chopped capsicum,tomato,mix all the vegetables and stir
  3. Add chicken keema,mix and stirAdd salt and pepper ,mix,continiously keep stirring
  4. Cook on medium flame until the keema is cooked properly
  5. Add tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon oregano and mix
  6. Switch off the heat,keep aside the keema mixture from heat,let the mixture comes to room temperature
  7. Add keema mixture into a bowl,then add mayonnaise and mix properly
  8. Preheat the oven at 200 degree C
  9. Spread this garlic butter on the top of each bread portion
  10. Then add keema mayonnaise mixture on bread,spread with butter knief
  11. Sprinkle red chili flakes,remaining oregano
  12. Put a cheese slice on  each bread portion
  13. Toast all bread in the oven till cheese bubbles and turn a light golden.
  14. Remove from the oven
  15. Serve hot with tomato sauce
