Yummilicious....
Heat olive oil in a skillet, saute onion till soft. Add bell peppers,zucchini, corn and saute for 2 mins. Add salt and mix well.
Then add pizza sauce,oregano and red chilli flakes and mix well. Take the veggies off the flame and let it cool
Mix the hung curd,lemon juice,salt and garlic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Now place a lettuce leaf in the taco shell, place veggies and top it with sour cream. Serve with thousand island sauce.
