Ingredients Serving: 5
For Green Dough:
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup peas puree
1/ 2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp oil for moyan
For Red Dough:
2 cups wheat flour,
1 cup tomato puree
1/ 2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp oil for moyan
salt to taste
For Stuffing:
1 cup boiled peas
1/4 cup boiled cauliflower
1 Tomato chopped
1 spring onion chopped
3 medium size Boiled Potatoes
1 tbsp cumin seeds and salt to taste
1/ 2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp chat masala
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 to 3/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp green chilli sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
For Double Decker Paratha Assembling:
4 tbsp Stuffing
1/2 cup Grated cheese
2 tbsp butter for cooking
Instructions
For Green Dough:
Mix flour, masalas, oil together .
Than add peas puree and mix well .
Now add salt to taste and water to make a dough. The green dough is ready.
For Red Dough:
Same process as green dough only instead of peas puree, use tomato puree.
For Stuffing:
Take pan and add oil. , ,
Add cumin seeds and as it crackles, add spring onions and saute
Add tomatoes and saute.
Now add cauliflower , peas than potatoes and mix well.
Add all spices and both sauces and mix well. saute properly and the stuffing is ready.
For Making 2 Colour Healthy Roti:
Take a small ball of peas dough and a small ball of tomato dough, round them together to make a ball and roll it out and make roti.
Now cook it on tawa and yummy 2 colour healthy roti is ready.
Assemblimg Double Decker Paratha:
Take 1 roti and keep it on a plate, add stuffing on full roti, add grated cheese, sprinkle chat masala on it, now put another roti on it.
Now take dosa tava and put butter on it .Put double decker paratha on it and cook covered with lid for 1 to 2 minutes. Now turn the paratha and again,cover and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
Yummy Double Decker Healthy Paratha is Ready.
