Everybody loves dry fruits,and cocoa biscuits. I tried my best to bring forward this easy teatime cake.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Milk maid 1/2 cup
  4. Butter 2 tablespoon
  5. Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Baking soda 1/3 teaspoon
  8. Salt 1 Pinch
  9. Roasted Almonds[ crushed] 1/2 cup
  10. Cashew[ crushed] 1/2 cup
  11. Raisins 1/2 Cup
  12. Hide & Seek cocoa biscuit 4-5

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add melted butter, milk maid, sugar and mix well.
  2. Add the vanilla essence.
  3. Add all purpose flour followed by baking powder and baking soda.
  4. Add luke warm milk and mix everything.
  5. Add fruits and nuts and crushed biscuits.
  6. Mix them by cut and fold method.
  7. Pour in greased mould.
  8. Place in the pressure cooker.Remember to remove the whistle.
  9. Let it cook for 30 minutes.
  10. Cool and garnish.
  11. Serve it with tea.
