ABOUT Mini rose pocket RECIPE

These pretty snacks are delicious and very easy to make, follow this easy recipe to make these for your kids.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 300 gm all purpose flour
  2. 1 tsp dry yeast
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  7. 1 cup cottage cheese cubes
  8. 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  9. Sweet corn
  10. 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  11. 1 tbsp butter
  12. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  13. Some olives

Instructions

  1. Take 2 tbsp warm milk add sugar and yeast .Let it rest for five minutes .
  2. Add maida and butter. add yeast and with help of water make a dough Just Apply oil and cover it .
  3. Now put a pan on flame and cook all vegetable and paneer together. Add black pepper, mixed herbs, salt n sauce .
  4. Now lightly knead the dough make small ball and roll it .
  5. Make cuts.
  6. Put some stuffing in centre, some cheese also.
  7. Make first fold .
  8. Then fold other part and cover the side of stuffing .
  9. Now fold third layer.
  10. Lastly cover the side from last part.
  11. By same process make all roses and apply butter. Put an olive on top.
  12. Bake it in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
