This is one perfect breakfast or brunch, scrumptious, delicious, healthy and at the same time its so filling.

Ingredients Serving: 6

Semolina (Sooji) - 1 cup
Curd - ¼ cup
Baking powder - ¼ tsp
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder a pinch
Chilly powder - ¼ tsp or as per your taste
Onion - 1 small chopped
Green chilly - 1 large chopped
Red Capsicum - 2 tbsp chopped
French Beans - 3-4 chopped
Few Coriander leaves chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds - 2 tbsp crushed
Black sesame seeds - ¼ tsp
White sesame seeds - ¼ tsp
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds - ¼ tsp
Curry leaves - 3-4 chopped
Oil - 3 tbsp
Water - ½ cup
Salt to taste

Instructions

In a mixing bowl add the curd and baking soda and mix well. Keep aside for 5-10 mins.
Add the semolina, baking powder, salt to taste, water and mix well. Keep this aside while you make ready the other ingredients.
In a pan add few drops of oil and add the seeds and curry leaves and saute till it starts to crackle. Pour this over the semolina mixture.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix them well till incorporated nicely.
Preheat oven @180° for 10 mins. Grease a cake pan.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 30-35 mins. A tooth pick inserted should come out clean. Mine took exactly 30 mins.
Remove from oven and let it cool down, invert, cut and serve.
