ABOUT Mango delight in choco boats RECIPE

A new form of rabdi surrounded by chocolicious layer and savoured with dry fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup dark compound chocolate (grated)
  2. 1/2 cup mango pulp
  3. 1/4 cup paneer grated
  4. 1/2 cup khoya grated
  5. 2 tsp sugar
  6. 2 tsp dry fruits chopped
  7. 2 pinch cardamom powder
  8. 2 tsp milk powder
  9. Butter for greasing
  10. Gujiya mould

Instructions

  1. Melt Dark chocolate in microwave for one minute.
  2. Grease the mould .
  3. Put the chocolate in the mould and make the shape of a boat.
  4. Keep it in the frigde for half an hour.
  5. Take it out from the fridge.
  6. Now we'll make the rabdi.
  7. Put the grated cottage cheese in a pan and saute on medium flame for two minutes.
  8. Mix crumbled khoya and saute for two more minutes.
  9. Put the mango pulp and saute till it soaks all the water.
  10. Add sugar,saute for two minutes and lift it off from the flame.
  11. Chill it in the fridge.
  12. After thirty minutes take it out from the fridge and unmould the boat.
  13. Take the rabdi out from the fridge, pour in the mould and garnish with cardamom powder and dry fruits.
