Lasagna is one of the most easy recipe that fulfill requirment of my kid's yummy tummy... For healthy version i made it with veggies..

Ingredients Serving: 2
bread slices 8-10
Butter 2Slice
For white sauce:-
Maida 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Salt according to taste
Black Pepper 1 tsp
For red sauce:-
Tomato 1 chopped
Onion 1 chopped
Salt according to taste
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
For macroni:-
Boiled macaroni 1/2 cup
Red sauce 2 tbsp
For green gravy:-
Spinach 1/2 bunch chopped
2 boiled potato
For seasoning:-
mazrolla cheese
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Preparing white sauce:- Take a pan add butter and maida on low flame. Mix it well and add milk. Continuously stri it. Now add salt and pepper.
Preparing red sauce:- on low flame in a pan add butter. Now add chopped onion and chopped tomato. Add salt and pepper. Mix it very well. In last add tomato sauce.
For green gravy:- On medium flame in a pan add butter and spinach paste. Now add chopped boiled potato,salt and black pepper. Mix it very well and cook for 5-10minutes.
For macaroni:- On medium flame in a pan add butter and boiled macaroni. Now add 2tbsp ready red sauce. Mix it for 2 minutes.
Cut the bread brown corner. Lightly roll it with rolling pin. Brush with butter .
Grease the baking tin.
Now take one slice of buttered bread.
add grated cheese.
Place another slice and apply red sauce on it.
Take another bread slice and apply green spinach gravy.
another slice and apply macaroni red sauce and grated cheese.
Cover it with another bread slice. On top of slice cover it with white sauce and grated cheese. Sprinkle some red chilli powder and oregano.
Bake it in preheated electric tandoor by adjusting both upper and lower heating knob. Bake it for 5-10 minutes.
Ready kids loving lasagna.
