Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Wholewheat atta 1 cup
  2. 1tbsp oil and oil for fry
  3. Salt 1/4tsp
  4. Water
  5. Chees cube 1 grated
  6. Tomato ketchup 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix salt 1tbsp oil with atta and knead a soft dough with water
  2. Grate the cheese cube using a grater and mix 1tbsp of ketchup.
  3. Take small portion of atta little bigger than a lemon and make a ball
  4. Roll it like chapati
  5. Now heat tawa pour 1tsp oil and place the chapati, fry for few sec then turn it and fry the other side
  6. One side fry till done and another side fry half.
  7. Now take out the chapati and keep on plate.
  8. Spread the cheese on the fully cooked side and fold it.
  9. Place it again on tawa till cheese become soft.
  10. Slice the parathas into pieces and served with some ketchup.
