A mouthwatering and yummy taste of coconut sugar and chia seed with milk.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 500 millilitre
  2. Chia seeds ( Sabja) 20 gm
  3. Coconut sugar 30 grams
  4. Soaked and grind rice 30 grams
  5. Chopped pistachio 10 grams
  6. Agar agar 2 grams
  7. Rose petals for decoration

Instructions

  1. Boil milk.
  2. Add sugar and soaked grounded rice.
  3. Stir the mixture continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Cook till it becomes thick and then switch off the flame.
  5. Add half chia seed and stir it properly.
  6. Dissolve agar agar in two spoons of milk and add in phirni, stir it properly.
  7. Fill mixture in cylindrical mold and keep in refrigerator for one hour or whenever it has set as a pannacotta.
  8. Serve cold phirni pannacotta with chia seeds and garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals.
