ABOUT Hung Curd Sandwich with Sarson Seeds RECIPE

Hung curd sandwiches are easy to make. Curd is good for digestion, heart, bones and immunity.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6 slices of bread
  2. 4 tablespoon hung curd
  3. 1/4 cup cabbage ( grated)
  4. 1 carrot (grated)
  5. 2 tablespoon capsicum (grated)
  6. 2 tablespoon onion (chopped)
  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  8. coriander chutney
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. tomato ketchup
  11. 3 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
  12. 3 tablespoon mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Take hung curd, add all the vegetables and dry spices into it.
  2. Take two slices of bread. Spread coriander chutney on one slice and ketchup on another.
  3. Spread the hung curd mixture on on one slice and cover with another slice.
  4. Heat butter in a pan/ griddle and add mustard seeds.
  5. Put bread slice on tawa and heat from both the sides.
