It is my innovation made from paan, paneer and gulukand.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated paneer..150 grams
  2. Paan leaves..3
  3. Mawa..50 grams
  4. Cashewnuts..15 to 20
  5. Sugar..75 grams
  6. Cardamom powder..1/2 spoon
  7. Silver vark..1
  8. Milk..2 spoons
  9. Gulkand..3 spoons
  10. Kesar rabdi... Milk..250 grams
  11. Paneer..100 grams
  12. Sugar..2 spoons
  13. Kesar strands..7 to 8

Instructions

  1. Chop paan leaves. Mix sugar, cashewnuts, 1 spoon milk and grind into fine paste.
  2. Take a pan. Roast mawa till color changes to pink.
  3. Now mix paan paste and further roast for 5 minutes or more.
  4. Now turn off the gas and mix cardamom powder. Now will prepare kalash with this mixture and fill gulukand.
  5. Method for kesariya rabdi: Keep milk for boiling in a heavy bottom pan.
  6. When consistency of milk changes, turn off the gas and mix sugar. Mix kesar in half milk and mix it in the remaining milk.
  7. For serving, take a plate and place rabdi. On top of it keep paneer paan kalash. It's ready.
