Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cups Rawa
  2. 1/2 cup curd
  3. Salt
  4. Vegetables chopped finely( carrot, onion, green chilly, cabbage)
  5. 2 tablespoon ghee
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix first three ingredients in a bowl to form a smooth medium consistency, not very thick batter.
  2. Heat a pan add butter and splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add vegetables in the batter and then pour into the pan.
  4. Let it cook for 5 minutes and then turn.
  5. Mini Uttapam is ready to serve with chutney or sauce.
