ABOUT Ice-cream tart RECIPE

This Ice-cream tart have oreo biscuits crumbs, butter, homemade mint Ice-cream & dark chocolate ganash. Very nice combination & crunchyness of biscuit tart is awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Oreo biscuits 15 pieces
Melted salted butter 4 tbsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Mint leaves 5
Green colour 1 pinch
Chilled Whipping cream 1/4 cup
Condense milk 3 tbsp
Mint essence (optional) 2-3 drops
Fresh cream 1/4 cup
Chopped dark chocolate 1/4 cup

Instructions

Grind oreo biscuits like crumb texture
Mix oreo biscuit crumbs and melted butter mixture
Spread this mixture into the tart mould equally then refrigerate 10 minutes
For homemade mint Ice-cream - take 1/4 cup milk, mint paste, green colour, mint essence and condense milk. mix gently and keep aside. Whip chilled whipping cream. Add milk mixture and whipping cream together & place in freezer for 6-7 hours. Ur super tasty mint Ice-cream is totally ready.
Spread mint Ice-cream equally on the top of biscuit tart
Cover with silver foil and place in freezer for 3-4 hours
Heat 1/4 cup fresh cream & pour on 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate. Stir gently to make our dark chocolate ganash.
After 5 minutes, pour this mixture on the top of biscuit mint Ice-cream tart & refrigerate 30 minutes
