Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 100 gm. Dark choclate
  2. 100 gm. Milk choclate
  3. 100 gm. White choclate
  4. 500 gm. Whipped cream
  5. Choclate shiverings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolates and keep aside and whip the fresh cream to soft peaks so that it becomes airy and fluffy.
  2. Line a bread loaf tin with butter paper.
  3. Melt the white chocolate using double boiler or microwave, set aside to cool down a bit. Divide the whipped cream into 3 portions.
  4. Add the molten white chocolate to one portion of the whipped cream and fold in.
  5. Pour this white chocolate cream mix into the mould, let it freeze for some time in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes.
  6. Then melt milk chocolate in double boiler and follow the same steps like white layer, pour this layer on top of the white layer in the mould, let this freeze as well. Keep it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Lastly take dark chocolate and repeat all steps
  8. Pour it on the top of the milk chocolate layer
  9. Let it set in freezer for one hour then demold it in a tray
  10. Garnish with chocolate curls
  11. Cut into slices and serve
