In the nonstick skillet add butter and once butter melts add fig chunks(if adding) and sauté for a while
Add in fig purée and sauté till raw smell leaves
Add sugar and sauté let the sugar dissolve. Add cinnamon powder and vanilla essence
Cook till the mixture leaves the pan
Cook till desired consistency
Switch off and add lemon juice
