In a bowl mix rava , ginger chilli paste, curd, beetroot puree and salt.
mix well and make a thick batter.
cover it and keep aside for around 15 mins.
mix well , if you feel batter is too thick add little puree or water.
add fruit salt and mix well.
Take a greased mould [ preferably round or heart shaped].
pour the batter in it , tap it properly to evenly spread the batter.
Steam it for 15- 20 mins on medium flame.
check with the toothpick after 20 mins turn off the gas.
allow it to cool and then demould.
now take the hung curd , add pinch of salt to it.
spread this evenly on the red velvet dhokla.
heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, red and green chillies , curry leaves.
spread the tempering on the prepared dhokla.
garnish with the freshly chopped coriander leaves.
