Cheesecake.....my favourite
In a grinder bowl add digestive biscuits, sugar and melted butter and grind until they form fine mixture.
Pour and press this mixture in well greased loose bottom tart mould.
Refrigerate it for 15 -20 mins.
Whip cream cheese and add sugar , thandai powder and whipped cream and mix well.
Pour this mixture over chilled biscuit base in tart mould.
Keep in freezer for 20 mins and then garnish with pistachio powder and saffron strands.
Serve chilled.
