ABOUT Keema chana cutlets RECIPE

These delicious cutlets are made up of kheema and chana dal as the main ingredients. Make these wonderful appetizers for the tea or for dinner parties as starters.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mutton mince 250 gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  3. Onion 2 finely chopped
  4. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt 2 tsp
  8. Chanadal 1/2 cup
  9. Egg 1
  10. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  11. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbs
  12. Mint leaves chopped 1 tsp
  13. Onion chopped 1 tbs
  14. Oil 2 tbs + frying

Instructions

  1. Boil chana dal in a pan with salt and required water. And strain it.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions and saute it.
  3. Add mince, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilly powder, salt in it.
  4. Cook until all water dries out.and keema is cooked. Let it cool.
  5. Now add boiled chana dal, chopped onion, coriander leaves, mint leaves and make cutlets.
  6. Break egg and dip cutlets and roll in bread crumbs.
  7. Heat oil in kadai and deep fry it.
