Ingredients Serving: 3

chicken drumsticks 6pcs
2 tsp vinegar,
salt
few drops of white oil for marination
For sauce:
4tbsp soy sauce,
4 tbsp honey,
5-6 garlic pods
toasted sesame seeds [as required]

Instructions

Make slits on chicken and marinate for 3-4 hours in vinegar salt and olive oil.
Make the sauce with the above ingrediants except sesame seeds and put them on a oiled grilled rack
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes in a pre heated oven, turn sides brush with more sauce and repeat baking for 15-20 mins more. Serve warm with fresh toated sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
