Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup mango pieces
  2. 3 tbsp sugar
  3. 2 tbsp water
  4. 1 tsp gelatin powder
  5. For cream cheese cake:
  6. 400 Gms milkmaid
  7. 200 Gms paneer grated
  8. 400 Gms chopped mango
  9. 1/2 cups of water
  10. 1/4 tsp Mango essence
  11. 2 tbsp Gelatin
  12. 200 Gms cream

Instructions

  1. For mango jelly topping:
  2. In a saucepan add mango pieces in 2 tbsp water.
  3. Heat the saucepan in a medium flame. Stir till mangoes get dissolved and turn into a syrup
  4. In a small bowl add 1 tbsp water and 1 tsp gelatine and let it set for 5 minutes
  5. Add the gelatine in the mango syrup till all the granules are mixed in the syrup .Switch off the flame and strain the mango mixture.Cool the mixture
  6. For the cream cheese cake:
  7. In a mixture jar blend Paneer,milkmaid,dissolved gelatine,1/2tsp mango essence.whisk.Add mango pieces. Blend.
  8. Whip the cream till peaks.Fold the mixture in the cream.
  9. Arrangement: Layer with cake pieces in the bottom of the jar,cream cheese second layer n top with Mango jelly
