ABOUT Besan Vegetable Spicy Omlette RECIPE

A simple omlette with veggies and a twist of besan & spices.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Egg 1
  2. 1/2 tsp besan
  3. Little water
  4. Chopped Onions : 1
  5. Chopped Tomatoes : 1
  6. chopped capsicum : 2 tbsp
  7. Green chilli : 1 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves [handful]
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chilli powder : 1/2 tsp
  11. Pinch of turmeric
  12. 2 tsp oil /ghee for cooking

Instructions

  1. Take besan in a bowl add water to make a batter.
  2. Break egg and add into besan batter .
  3. Whisk it properly.
  4. Add chopped veggies.
  5. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder .
  6. Mix it well.
  7. Now heat some oil/ghee in a pan.
  8. Add this mixture on it and cook from both the sides.
  9. Serve hot with ketchup.
