ABOUT Mango Ice Cream RECIPE

All time favorite ice cream made from juicy rip mangoes.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ripe mango puree - 2 Cups
  2. Mango chunks - A few
  3. Chilled cream - 1 Cup (Amul or any other)
  4. Condense milk - 1 Cup
  5. Cardamom powder - A pinch

Instructions

  1. In a bowl beat cream well till soft perks are formed.
  2. Then add condense milk and again beat it
  3. Next add mango pulp puree and gently fold it. Add cardamom powder and stir.
  4. Pour this mixture into an air tight container and freeze it for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, take that mixture out from freeze and again blend it in a blender. Then again freeze it for 1 hour. After 1 hour again blend it in a blender.
  6. After that pour it back into the air tight container. Now spread some mango chunks on the top of the ice cream and freeze it for next 6 to 7 hours or overnight.
  7. Mango ice cream is ready to serve.
