ABOUT Rice bread lollipops RECIPE

Every time is not compulsory to eat sweet lollipops,it's just to change flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grm whole sweet corn or tined corn
  2. 1 cup of boiled rice
  3. 5-7 pieces of fresh white bread
  4. 1/2 cup of bread crum
  5. 2 green chilly
  6. 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  7. 1 tsp of roasted white sesame seeds
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 cup of cheese
  10. 2 tsp of corn starch
  11. Refined oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a blender jar blend the corn and boiled rice and green chilli 1 to 2 to round not to till paste and transfer it into mixing bowl
  2. Now in a jar again blend fresh bread and blend it. Now mix it in corn and rice mixture, add black pepper, salt to taste, roasted seeds, cheese and corn starch. Mix it well.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the refined oil and make the round balls of mixture and deep fry it till light brown in colour. When its done serve it like veg lollipops using tooth picks.
  4. Serve hot with sauce, salsa and green chutney.

Great recipe.leftover rice can be used.peas can replace corn.what say?
