A delicious dessert with milk. Rabri with lauki is an innovative way to incorporate lauki in your diet.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lauki or bottle gourd - 1 Cup
  2. Milk - 1/2 l
  3. Elachi powder - 1 pinch
  4. Sugar - 1/2 Cup (can add more or less)
  5. Almond - 8 - 10 (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Cut lauki in small pieces and boil in pressure cooker (2-3 whistle). grind lauki to make a smooth paste.
  2. Boil milk and add the lauki paste to it.
  3. Keep stirring the mixture on low medium flame and add sugar and elayichi powder.
  4. Boil for 7-8 min on medium heat. Add chopped almond stir well.
  5. Serve hot or cold as per your liking.
