ABOUT Herb Cheese Chilli On Toast RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices - 4
  2. Cheese, grated - 1 cup
  3. Cream cheese - 1/2 cup
  4. Green chilli, finely chopped - 1 tablespoon
  5. Parsley, chopped - 1 teaspoon
  6. Mint, chopped - 1 teaspoon
  7. Oregano, chopped - 1 teaspoon
  8. Garlic, chopped - 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Butter - as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl put grated cheese, cream cheese, coriander, mint ,oregano, garlic, and chilli. Mix them well. Add salt as required and mix again.
  2. Heat a tawa and put some butter on it. Toast the bread from one side, flip and spoon the cheese mixture on it. Spread evenly. Then flip and toast the other side with cheese mix. It will melt and grill slightly.
  3. Take the toasted slice off flame and cut into triangles.
  4. Serve the herb cheese chilli toast hot.
