Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Big Chilli - 4
  2. Onion - 3
  3. Tomato - 3
  4. Bell pepper ( red, yellow, green ) - 1 each
  5. Mozzarella cheese - 2tbsp
  6. Chilly flakes - 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt - To taste
  8. Pepper Powder - 1tsp
  9. Oregano - 1tsp
  10. Gram flour - 2 Cups
  11. Maida
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. For sauce : Take a pan add 1tsp oil, let it become hot then add chopped onions, tomatoes and ginger garlic. Saute and then add salt, red chilli powder oregano, red food color, and sugar. Let it cool and make a fine paste.
  2. For batter : Mix Gram flour, maida, salt, red chilli powder, oregano, chilli flakes and water to make a nice batter.
  3. Slit the chilies and apply the pizza sauce them. Stuff the filling in each chilli and top it with grated cheese. Deep fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve with tomato sauce.
