ABOUT Avocado Hummus RECIPE

Hummus with an Avocadoey twist!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup soaked and boiled chickpeas
  2. 1/4 cup of curd/yogurt (vegans can skip this)
  3. 1/4 cup Tahini (sesame seed paste)
  4. 1 ripe Avocado
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 3-4 cloves of Garlic
  7. 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  8. 2 tsp Lemon juice
  9. 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients well until smooth.
  2. Pour into a serving dish and serve garnished with red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, olive oil, few chickpeas and a sprig of mint.
