Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh lemon juice 1 glass
  2. Sugar 2 glass
  3. Water 1 glass

Instructions

  1. Heat water and sugar together on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Keep stirring as continuous stir helps the sugar to dissolve faster.
  2. We need not to boil the syrup. Just dissolve sugar in water completely.
  3. Let the sugar syrup cool down.
  4. When the sugar syrup is at room temperature add fresh lemon juice to it and mix well.
  5. Strain the lemonade mixture and fill in a clean glass bottle.
  6. To serve, take 2 tbsp of lemonade squash in a glass. Add a pinch of rock salt and hand turned few mint leaves. Mix well.
  7. Now add ice cubes and chilled water( 200ml) to it and serve.
