ABOUT Wrapped Masala Noodles Paneer RECIPE

I love paneer and noodles both.But today I thought of combining both.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mint leaves-50gm
  2. Coriander-50gm
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Garlic-3-4cloves chopped
  5. Ginger-1 inch piece
  6. Green chillies-5-6
  7. Lemon juice-as per taste
  8. Noodles-250 gm
  9. Black peppercorn-1/2tsp
  10. Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
  11. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
  12. Red chilies-5-6
  13. Cornflour-3-5 tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind mint leaves, coriander, salt, garlic, ginger, green chillies and lemon juice.
  2. Boil the noodles.
  3. Marinate the paneer in the mint chutney.
  4. Leave it for 15-20 mins.
  5. Soak the red chillies in water for 15-20 mins.
  6. Grind them.
  7. Take a bowl add black peppercorn, cumin powder, cornflour and salt, mix them well.
  8. Add ginger garlic paste and red chillies paste to it.Add some water
  9. Add red chillies powder more, if required.
  10. Mix the boiled noodles in the mixture.
  11. Roll the noodles around the marinated paneer pieces.
  12. Deep fry then.
