ABOUT Oreo cooker cup cakes RECIPE

This is our all favorite chocolaty oreo cupcakes made from same chocolate cup cake recipe by adding some crushed oreo biscuits to it and you will feel the crumbles of oreo biscuits even in whipped cream also. Its super tasty and yummylicous

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup plain flour or maida
  2. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1/3 cup milk
  4. 1 & 1/2 packet oreo biscuits
  5. cocoa powder 1 tsp
  6. 1/2 tsp corn flour
  7. 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  8. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  9. 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  10. For Icing - 1 cup butter
  11. 3 tsp vanilla essence
  12. 1 & 1/2 cups of icing sugar
  13. 150 ml double non dairy cream
  14. 1 cup crushed oreo biscuits

Instructions

  1. Take a big pressure cooker or idli cooker and add in the salt. Now place a wire stand and a perforated plate over it. Cover and remove the whistle from pressure cooker and heat up on medium flame.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the plain flour or maida, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour, baking soda & Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, add the milk, oil, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Now take 6 - 7 Oreo biscuits and put in a plastic bag and crush it with roller and once it is completely crushed, add to the above batter and mix well.
  6. Take individual muffin moulds bars and grease with a little butter. Place butter paper cups into the muffins moulds.
  7. Add the batter to the moulds. Now transfer this to the cooker and bake for about 15 minutes on medium flame or till the tooth pick inserted comes out clear. I baked in two batches.
  8. Once baked, let them cool before icing.
  9. Frosting- take a bowl add room temperature butter, vanilla essence, icing sugar, cream and beat till soft peaks come up.
  10. Add crushed Oreo biscuits to butter cream frosting and mix well.
  11. Fill the mixture in a piping bag and decorate on Oreo muffins
  12. Decorate with Oreo biscuit on top and keep in fridge to chill for 1 hour and serve chilled.
