  4. 1/2 cup - curd
  5. 2 tsp - roasted cashew nut paste
  6. 1/2 cup - dried pomegranate seeds
  7. 1/2 cup - nicely chopped onion
  8. 1/2 cup - nicely chopped tomato
  9. 8 to 10 - leaves of boiled spinach
  10. 3 tsp - corn starch
  11. 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  12. 1/2 cup - honey
  13. 2 - green chilly
  14. 1/2 tsp - chilly flakes
  15. Fresh coriander leaves for green chutney and garnishing.
  16. 1 tsp - lemon juice
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Peel the potato and cut into ribbon shape. Add a pinch of salt and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Let the water come out from the potato. Press with hand and let all water drain from it. Add black pepper and corn starch in it and mix well.
  3. Take 2 strainers, in one strainer manage the potato as a katori shape & with the other one press on it. Put in hot oil for frying till golden brown in colour. Like this make all katoris from the remaining potato.
  4. In other pan, boil sprouts and corn for 5 minutes and then add salt and lemon juice in it.
  5. Here is two types of chutney, first one is made of curd and cashew nut paste mixed with a dash of salt.
  6. Second chutney is made of green chilly, pomegranate seeds, coriander and boiled spinach and grind it well. Add salt to taste.
  7. For serving: potato katori filled with the healthy sprouts and corn then add chopped tomatoes, onions, curd chutney, spinach chutney and honey spread over it
  8. Finally sprinkle chilly flakes and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
