Big size bread slice 8
Cookie cutter ( Big and small)
(C) For batter :
Maida
Milk

(D) For coating :
Bread crumbs
Cornflour

Oil to fry
(F) For curd dip:
Hung curd
Black pepper as per taste
Garlic Cloves 3

Instructions
First of all take around 2 cups of curd and hang it in muslin cloth for 1 hour.
Make a pouring consistency like batter with (C) ingredients. You may take the ingredients as per your requirements.
Mix bread crumbs and corn flour dry ingredients as per your requirements and keep it aside.
Just remove 1 tbspn of hung curd for filling and use the remaining hung curd for dip
For curd dip grind hung curd, black pepper, salt, garlic cloves in a grinder to smooth paste. Your yoghurt dip is ready.
Heat 3 tsp oil in a non stick pan. Fry the finely chopped onion till it turns pink.
Add the grated carrot, grated paneer and cook for 3 minutes.
Add 1 tbspn hung curd into it. Mix it properly and cook for another minute. Add salt, black pepper, green chillies. Cover and cook for two minutes.
Remove the filling from flame and keep aside to let it cool
( For donuts) : Cut all the bread slices with round cookie cutter. And spread the hung curd dip on one side of each bread slice.
Now put the paneer filling on one slice, sprinkle some grated cheese and with another slice.
Now make a hole in middle of the slice with small round cookie cutter. And shape it like donuts. Repeat the procedure for all slices.
Heat oil in a kadai. Dip each donut into the batter, coat it with bread crumbs and cornflour mixture and fry the donuts on a medium flame.
For assembling:
Serve the donuts with curd dip.Drizzle some curd dip on donuts. Here I have added water in a curd dip and drizzled it over the donuts and garnished with coriander leaves and green chillies.
