Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Carrots chopped, 2
  2. Peas 1/2 cup
  3. Potato chopped, 1
  4. Beans chopped, 1/4 cup
  5. Cauliflower florets, 1cup
  6. Babycorn chopped, 3-4
  7. Onion chopped, 2
  8. Green chillies chopped, 2
  9. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  10. Curd 150gm
  11. Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  13. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  14. ghee
  15. Water as required
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Cardamom 2
  18. Cloves 2
  19. Cinnamon stick small
  20. Tej patta 1
  21. Almonds 18
  22. Cashew 18
  23. Kishmish 1tsp
  24. Pista 3-4
  25. Kesar pinch
  26. Pineapple chopped 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. Soak cashew and almonds 12 piece each in water for 25 mins.
  2. Peel the almonds and put in a grinder add cashew and water and grind to smooth paste.
  3. Heat ghee in a kadhai and add cardamom, cloves, tej patta and cinnamon stick and cook for few mins.
  4. Now add onions and saute for few mins. Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and saute and now add the nuts paste and curd and saute well.
  5. Now add turmeric and red chilli powder and saute well on low flame.
  6. Now add all the veggies, water and salt. Cook until veggies are soft. You can cover it too.
  7. Now add garam masala and switch off the flame. Stir well.
  8. Now take a fry pan and add ghee then add rest of the almonds, cashew, pista, kishmis and saute well. Now add pineapple and saffron and cook for a minute.
  9. Pour this garnishing over the korma and serve.
  10. Your delicious delicacy is ready.
