ABOUT Curd fruit rice RECIPE

Creamy curd fruit rice is very delicious yummy and nutritious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup rice
  2. 500 gm curd
  3. 1 /2 cup fresh cream
  4. 1/4 cup small pieces of apple
  5. 1/4 cup black grapes cut into two parts
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 1 tbsp green chilli and ginger paste optional
  9. 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  10. 2 tbsp ghee
  11. 2 tbsp curry leaves
  12. 1/2 tbsp Mustard and cumin seeds
  13. 1/4 tbsp hing

Instructions

  1. First take a rice into bowl wash it properly than add water and salt and keep in the cooker for 10 min for cooking
  2. After cooking the rice, cool it completely and keep it aside
  3. Than take curd and blend it smooth in texture
  4. Now take this smooth curd into big bowl and add fresh cream
  5. Than add ginger green chilli paste salt and sugar and mix it properly
  6. Than add the rice and mix it neatly
  7. Then add apple pieces and grapes and mix it all neatly
  8. Now take a tadka pan put ghee heat it then put mustard, cumin seeds, hing and curry leaves and put this tadka on top of the curd rice
  9. Keep in the freezer for cooling and enjoy this delicious yum curd rice
