Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rava 1/2 kg
  2. Curd 250 gm
  3. Carrot, peas, capsicum, onion 1 cup
  4. Boiled black chana 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  7. Water for making batter
  8. Eno sachet 2
  9. Rai 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix 1/2 cup water with curd and form smooth paste
  2. Mix the above mixture in rava.
  3. Form a smooth batter and if extra water is required add it.
  4. Add red chilli powder, rai, salt and mix.
  5. Add all the veggies and chana and mix.
  6. Add eno and mix.
  7. Steam the batter by pouring in idli stands and cook for 15 mins. Ready.
