Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Oats 3 cup
  2. Butter 200gms
  3. Sugar 1/3 cup
  4. Sesame seed 4tbsp
  5. Flaxseed 6 tbsp
  6. Sunflower seeds4tbsp
  7. Dates 1 cup pitted
  8. Figs 20
  9. Almond 1 cup
  10. Walnut 1/2 cup
  11. Coconut flakes 1/2 cup
  12. Caramel sauce 3/4 cup
  13. Chocolate milk 1 cup grated
  14. Vanilla Essence 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Roast oats, sesame seeds, flaxseed and sunflower seed in a pan
  2. Add coconut flakes
  3. Cool
  4. Crush dates, figs, almonds and walnuts in a mixer one by one
  5. Heat butter and add sugar
  6. When sugar melts and turns golden turn off the gas
  7. Add everything and stir and then add grated chocolate
  8. Mix properly
  9. In a rectangular cake tin spread the butter paper and pour the mixture
  10. Put another layer of butter paper and roll with rolling pin so that the thickness is even
  11. Cool in refrigerator for half an hour and cool
  12. Cut into pieces
  13. Into bite size
